Please read this contract before enquiring about any WelshGems cat/kitten for sale

Contract

We care very dearly about all our cats & kittens and therefore every cat/ kitten purchased fron us whether for show, breeding or as a pet will carry a contract.

The buyer accepts full responsibility for the purchased cat/kitten and will provide properly for its welfare.

The buyer agrees that the said cat/kitten will always recieve prompt medical care and that the seller is not responsible for any veterinarian expenses incurred by the purchase of said cat/kitten.

The buyer also agrees never to allow said cat/kitten to harbour fleas, parasites, mites or go untreated with any illness.

The buyer agrees that the said cat/kitten and it's offspring will never be sold, leased or given to any pet shop, kitten mill or research facility.

All male & female kittens (breed quality) must be sold with this same or similar contract. No entire males must ever be sold without a contract. All breed quality males are sold at closed stud.

All pet quality kittens are to be neutered by the age of 6/7 months. Once confirmation is recieved from buyers vet that pet has been neutered, all relevant paperwork will be dispatched.
